Xylem was acknowledged for its successful launch of a personalized ‘end cap’ label for its high efficiency domestic circulator pump, the Lowara Ecocirc. The end cap label, designed to provide the perfect space for the installer to leave all their important contact details, sits directly on the pump they have installed. This effectively offers the installer free and highly prized advertising, providing a useful way of securing repeat business as well as increasing word of mouth recommendations.
